Fuck you gremlins

My girl bought me a guardian bell for the thrux. Hopefully it will torment the gremlin plaguing my electrical system...

Royal Enfield Cafe Racer 500

Motorcycle USA has a few pictures up of the Royal Enfield Cafe Racer 500 thats hitting the states this year. I find the single cylinder 500cc engine configuration interesting in a market dominated by twins...

Florida Spring

It's been nice putting in a few miles around town since the rain from last weekend cleared out. Its been perfect out (low 80's and sunny), couldn't ask for better weather. It's the reason we put up with such long humid summers...

Picking up the pieces

Getting all my stuff together as I get ready to bring the engines over to Ross at Trackside Cycles. It pains me to have to outsource this engine rebuild but I'm also a pragmatist. Seriously, its going to take Ross far less time to get an engine rebuilt than Kevin & I with our retarded busy schedules...

metal as fuck

Because I'm crafty like Martha Stewart

Had a spare pair of leather laces lying around. Figured I would put them to good use...

Swap Meet Saturday

Went out with the boys to hit a few of the swap meets. This year was different than years past in that they split it up for some reason. As a result, we had to do quite a bit of driving in order to hit both as one was in the traditional place (Eustis) and the other one was out next to the infamous Cabbage Patch. Personally, I thought this was a terrible idea as it now split up the vendors and crowds. The previous years were quite the affair; with tons of vendors, motorcycles and parts to scavenge through. This year, not so much. That said, I shot a few pictures even though the events themselves left a lot to be desired...

Skies on the way out...
